Suez is confident its merger with Gaz de France is on track, a company executive said late on Thursday. Dirk Beeuwsaert, head of Suez Energy International, declined though to say when the merger might be completed. "I don't have a crystal ball. I only see that it is progressing and that it will happen," he said.
