STOCKS NEWS EUROPE-Premiere seen higher; CEO buys shares

Shares in German pay-TV broadcaster Premiere PREGn.DE are indicated 3 percent higher, according to pre-market data, after Chief Executive Mark Williams has over the past week bought back shares in the company worth 1.86 million euros ($2.64 million).
