Evraz issue oversubscribed, guidance $16.5-source

MOSCOW, July 8 (Reuters) - An issue of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) and convertible bonds by Russian steel maker Evraz (HK1q.L), intended to raise $900 million, was oversubscribed, a source close to the issue said on Wednesday.

The order book was already closed, the source added, and price guidance for both bonds and GDRs was $16.50, the source said. (Reporting by Olga Popova; writing by Melissa Akin; editing by Amie Ferris-Rotman)
