Russia denies troops entered Georgian port - Ifax

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's Defence Ministry denied a statement by Georgia's prime minister on Monday that Russian troops had entered Georgia's Black Sea port of Poti, Interfax news agency reported.

"They (troops) had never been given such a task," a ministry representative told Interfax.
