German stocks - Factors to watch on July 14

FRANKFURT, July 14 (Reuters) - The DAX top-30 index .GDAXI looked set to open 0.5 percent higher on Tuesday, according to premarket data from brokers at 0607 GMT.

The following are some of the factors that may move German stocks on Tuesday: (share price indications at 0608 GMT)

BMW AG (BMWG.DE)

Indicated 0.4 percent higher

BMW executive board member Ian Robertson told the Financial Times that the automaker is ready to increase production in the next six months, suggesting that an improvement in the global car market might be around the corner.

DEUTSCHE BOERSE (DB1Gn.DE)

Indicated 0.6 percent higher

The head of the supervisory board at the Frankfurt stock market operator told BoersenZeitung he sees further consolidation in the sector.

EADS (EAD.DE) (EAD.PA)

Indicated 0.3 percent higher

Britain will press ahead with plans to acquire the pan-European A400M military transporter aircraft, which is being built by EADS' Airbus unit, despite rising costs and delays in its delivery, a government minister said on Monday. [ID:nLD102654]

HEIDELBERGERDRUCK (HDDG.DE)

Indicated 2.2 percent higher

The printing machine specialist's Chief Executive Bernhard Schreier said that he has not seen signs of order intake and business improving. Schreier reiterated the company's 2009/10 guidance and its plans for a large capital increase up to 50 percent of total share capital.

SUEDZUCKER (SZUG.DE), CROPENERGIES (CE2G.DE)

Suedzucker seen unchanged, Cropenergies indicated 0.5 percent lower

Cropenergies, a unit of German sugar company Suedzucker, said its first-quarter 2009/10 sales increased by 58 percent to 89 million euros while it swung to an operating loss of 3.2 million euros from a profit of 5.5 million euros, due to impairments.

IDS SCHEER (IDRG.DE), SOFTWARE AG (SOWG.DE)

IDS indicated 38.9 percent higher, Software down 1.8 percent

Software AG said it will bid 15 euros in cash per share for IT consultancy group IDS Scheer for a total price of around 487 million euros ($677.4 million) and has agreed to buy out the two biggest shareholders that control nearly half the company. [ID:nLD173105]

Q-CELLS (QCEG.DE)

Indicated 10 percent lower

The solar power specialist said that business development fell short of expectations in the second quarter and it is no longer possible to give a reliable full-year forecast.
