CORRECTED-BRIEF-Acergy sees lower 2010 revenues, margins

OSLO, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Offshore engineering and construction group Acergy S.A. (ACY.OL) said on Wednesday:

* Q3 operating profit down to $77 mln from $135 mln, above analysts' average estimate of $54 mln.

* Business environment remains challenging

* 2009 revenues from continuing operations seen in line with guidance

* Sees 2009 adjusted EBITDA margin from continuing operations above guidance, below 2008

* Sees lower 2010 revenues and margins due to increased competition and price pressure

* Medium-term market fundamentals remain strong
