FOURLIS SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE 0.36 EURO DIV FOR 2008

Fourlis (FRLr.AT) shareholders approved on Friday the distribution of a 0.36 euro per share dividend for 2008, Saturday's financial Naftemporiki wrote. Management told the annual shareholders meeting it plans to invest 35 million euros in 2009 to expand its IKEA and Intersport networks.
