Allianz plans 10-yr euro benchmark bond -IFR
LONDON, July 15 (Reuters) - Allianz Finance II BV, a unit of Europe's biggest insurer Allianz (ALVG.DE), plans to issue a 10-year euro benchmark senior bond, IFR said on Wednesday.
Calyon, Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank have been named to manage the deal, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
Allianz SE, which is guaranteeing the bond, is rated AA by Standard & Poor's, Aa3 by Moody's Investors Service and AA- by Fitch Ratings.
