PARIS, June 18 (Reuters) - Below is company-related news and leading stories from French and Benelux newspapers that could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

MICHELIN (MICP.PA)

Michelin CEO Michel Rollier said he did not see a rebound in tyre markets before mid- to late-2010. Speaking on RTL Radio the day after the company announced a plan to cut 1,093 jobs in France through voluntary departures, Rollier said the group was sticking to its target of achieving positive free cash flow in 2009.

AMSTERDAM MOLECULAR THERAPEUTICS (AMTH.AS)

The Dutch biotech company said new data shows that a one-time administration of its lead product Glybera results in a significant reduction in acute pancreatitis in tested patients.

AIR FRANCE-KLM (AIRF.PA)

Air France-KLM said it had launched a 575 million euro convertible bond issue. The French economy ministry said it would participate in the bond issue.

SAFRAN (SAF.PA)

Aero engine manufacturer Safran said it received a 300 million euro loan from the European Investment Bank to develop greener engines.

MAUREL & PROM (MAUP.PA)

Maurel & Prom said it had increased its participating interest in a Congo-based operator to 75 percent from 20 percent, at a cost of around 10 million euros.
