BRIEF-Israel's Property and Building seeks toehold in London

June 18 (Reuters) - Israel's Property and Building (PTBL.TA), a subsidiary of IDB Holding Corp (IDBH.TA):

* Examining purchase of minority stake in real estate firm

* Unmamed real estate firm holds assets in London's Broadgate

* Would pay 100 million pounds ($164 million) for stake

* Real estate firm holds 2.3 billion pounds in assets, 2.0 billion pounds in obligations ($1=.6098 pounds) (Reporting by Tova Cohen)
