May 20 (Reuters) - Bezeq Israel Telecom (BEZQ.TA):

* Declares dividend of 792 million shekels ($192 million)

* Dividend amounts to 0.3 shekel per share

* To pay cash dividend on May 24

($1 = 4.12 shekels)
