FACTBOX-British builders hit with fines for fixing bids
Sept 22 (Reuters) - Britain's Office of Fair Trading slapped 129.5 million pounds ($210 million) worth of fines on 103 construction companies for fixing bids, with penalties ranging from hundred pounds up to 17.9 million.
