PARIS, May 22 (Reuters) - Below are leading stories from French and Benelux newspapers and company-related news which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

AIRLINES (AIRF.PA)

The French airline pilots trade unions, the largest one at Air France, issued a national strike notice for the period between July 10 and August 3, French financial newspaper La Tribune reported on Friday.

FRENCH BANKS:

France's bank federation will ask European partners to adopt tough measures against tax havens that could result in business being stopped in black-listed countries, a French newspaper said on Thursday. [ID:nLL195115].

FAURECIA (EPED.PA)

Car parts group said its previously announced rights issue had a subscription rate of 95.9 percent.

AREVA (CEPFi.PA)/TOTAL (TOTF.PA)/GDF SUEZ (GSZ.PA)

Wall Street Journal reported on Friday that nuclear reactor maker Areva had sold its stakes in oil major Total and in utility GDF Suez.
