Sponda says rights issue oversubscribed

HELSINKI, June 23 (Reuters) - Finnish property firm Sponda (SDA1V.HE) said on Tuesday its rights issue had been oversubscribed, according to preliminary data.

The firm said in a statement 211.6 million shares, representing 127.1 percent of the offer, had been subscribed to.

Sponda said in May it aimed to raise around 200 million euro ($277 million) to boost its balance sheet and liquidity. ($1=.7216 Euro) (Reporting by Yegor Paanukoski)
