Immsi dimezza utile 2008, non distribuirà dividendi

MILANO, 24 marzo (Reuters) - Immsi (IMSI.MI) chiude il 2008 con un utile netto consolidato in calo a 14,2 milioni di euro da 32,7 milioni nel 2007 a fronte di ricavi per 1.736,7 milioni (da 1.846,5).

Il cda propone ai soci di non distribuire dividendo a fronte dei risultati dello scorso esercizio, scrive una nota.

L'ebitda scende a 172,8 mln da 220,4 nel 2007.

Il cda chiederà all'assemblea un rinnovo del buyback e il rinnovo alla delega per aumento di capitale nei prossimi cinque anni dopo la scadenza a marzo 2008 della precedente delega.
