BRIEF-Turkey's Tofas to sell 13.3 pct stake in Entek Elektrik

ISTANBUL, June 25 (Reuters) - Turkish car maker Tofas (TOASO.IS), a unit of Koc Holding (KCHOL.IS):

* Says will sell 13.33 percent stake of Entek Elektrik to Aygaz (AYGAZ.IS), also a unit of Koc, for 32.7 million liras, the company told the Istanbul Stock Exchange. (Writing by Ibon Villelabeitia; Editing by Dan Lalor) ($1=1.552 Turkish Lira)
