Cepsa to mull raising free float after IPIC buy

MADRID, June 25 (Reuters) - Cepsa (CEP.MC) said on Thursday it will consider increasing its free float from 4.2 percent at present once Abu Dhabi's International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) has completed the purchase of a bigger stake in the Spanish energy firm. Chairman Santiago Bergareche said IPIC's raising of its stake in Cepsa to 47 percent from 32.5 percent was imminent. (Reporting by Jonathan Gleave; writing by Ben Harding)
