UPDATE 1-Air Liquide sets terms on 400 mln eur bond -IFR

LONDON, May 26 (Reuters) - French industrial gases group Air Liquide (AIRP.PA) set the size of a planned six-year bond at 400 million euros ($559 million) and final guidance at mid-swaps plus 135 basis points, IFR reported on Tuesday.

Guidance was earlier refined to mid-swaps plus 135 to 140 basis points from mid-swaps plus around 150 basis points set initially, added IFR.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup and HSBC are joint lead managers on the deal, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

Air Liquide is rated A by both Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings. (Reporting by Natalie Harrison; Editing by David Holmes, John Stonestreet)
