STOCKHOLM, June 29 (Reuters) - The following stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday:
SEVAN MARINE (SEVAN.OL)
The Norwegian offshore services group said it was raising 968 million Norwegian crowns ($150 million) in a private placement. Sevan said it issued 121 million new shares at 8 crowns per share through a book-building process, below the price range it had signalled last week.

AKER SOLUTIONS (AKSO.OL)
The Norwegian company said it was selling its 33 percent stake in Odim to Rolls Royce (RR.L) at 45 Norwegian crowns per share, valuing the deal at 700 million crowns.

UBS has raised its price target on the stock of the clothing chain to 370 Swedish crowns from 340 crowns.

Citigroup has raised its price target on the home appliances maker to 150 Swedish crowns per share from 120 crowns. It has a buy rating on the stock, which closed at 104.5 crowns per share on Friday.
