STOCKS NEWS EUROPE-European futures point to lower opening

European futures point to a lower opening, with investors expecting low volumes as UK markets are closed for a holiday.

Futures for the Euro Stoxx 50 STXEc1, Germany's DAX FDXc1 and French CAC FCEc1 are all down 0.8-0.9 percent.

European shares reached a 10-month high on Friday on optimism for a global economic recovery.
