Finmeccanica prices bond tranches-leads

MILAN, July 8 (Reuters) - Italian defence company Finmeccanica SpA (SIFI.MI) priced the 10-year and 30-year tranches of its dollar-denominated bond for a total of $800 million on Wednesday, two lead managers close to the operation told Reuters.

The group priced a $500 million 10-year bond tranche with a coupon of 6.25 percent and a total yield of 6.356 percent, the leads said on Wednesday.

The group also priced a $300 million 30-year bond tranche with a coupon of 7.375 percent and a total yield of 7.482 percent, they added.
