Spain's Gamesa denies Hansen bid report

MADRID, June 26 (Reuters) - Spanish wind turbine company Gamesa (GAM.MC) is not seeking to acquire Hansen Transmissions (HSNT.L) from Suzlon Energy (SUZL.BO), a spokesman said.

"The report is false," said a spokesman, referring to the report in The Economic Times, which said it was in a race with Vestas Wind (VWS.CO) to acquire the stake. (Reporting by Robert Hetz; writing by Jason Webb)
