MADRID, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Spain's Criteria (CRIT.MC) said on Thursday it had agreed to sell its 11.54 percent of Spanish water and services group Agbar (AGS.MC) to Suez Environment (SEVI.PA) at 20.0 euros per share.

The deal will trigger a full buy-out of Agbar by Suez Environment as soon as possible, Criteria said in a statement to the stock market regulator.

Meanwhile, Criteria will take full control of Spanish insurer Adeslas, buying Agbar's 54.8 percent and 45 percent from Malakoff Mederic.
