 MOSCOW, July 10 (Reuters) - X5 Retail Group (PJPq.L):
 * Says Q2 2009 like-for-like sales rose 11 percent year-on-year
in rouble terms
 * Says Q2 2009 consolidated net retail sales rose 46 percent
year-on-year in rouble terms to 67.826 billion roubles
 * Says Q2 2009 consolidated net retail sales rose 7 percent
year-on-year in dollar terms to $2.1 billion
 * On a pro-forma basis, net retail sales grew 26 percent in
rouble terms and declined 8 percent in dollar terms
 * Added 20 stores on net basis
 * Reiterates 2009 sales growth and capex outlook
