New Issue-Tenet Healthcare sells $925 mln in notes

  June 1 (Reuters) - Hospital operator Tenet Healthcare Corp
(THC.N) on Monday sold $925 million of 10-year senior secured
notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service.
  The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $450 million.
  Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup were the
joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
