New Issue-Equity One sells $250 mln in 5-yr notes

 Dec 2 (Reuters) - Equity One Inc (EQY.N) on Wednesday sold
$250 million of senior unsecured notes in the 144a private
placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, and Wells Fargo
Securities were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
