NEW YORK, Aug 3 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on Monday:

FORD MOTOR CO (F.N), $8.50, up 6.25 pct

Ford will report its U.S. sales for July rose from a year ago on a late-month surge under the federal government's "Cash for Clunkers" incentive program, senior U.S. executives said on Sunday. [ID:nN02484532]

HUMANA INC (HUM.N), $33.42, up 1.7 pct

The company reported second-quarter earnings that beat expectations. [ID:nN03502382]

LOEWS CORP (L.N), $31.16, up 3.8 pct

The company reported second-quarter earnings that missed expectations. [ID:nBNG496117]

3M CO (MMM.N), $71.81, up 1.8 pct

ITT CORP (ITT.N), $49.28, down 0,2 pct

Goldman Sachs upgraded Dow component 3M to "buy" from "neutral" and downgraded ITT to "neutral" from "buy." [ID:nBNG496478]

TYSON FOODS INC (TSN.N), $11.13, down 2.6 pct

PANASONIC CORP (PC.N) (6752.T), $16.49, up 4.3 pct (U.S. shares)

The company reported a first-quarter loss that was narrower than expected. [ID:nT167959]

MAP PHARMACEUTICALS INC (MAPP.O), $10.28, up 0.9 pct

The company reported a second-quarter loss that was narrower than expected. [ID:nBNG223696]

MOLSON COORS BREWING CO (TAP.N), $45.80, up 1.3 pct

The company reported adjusted second-quarter earnings that beat expectations. [ID:nN03487710]

REPROS THERAPEUTICS (RPRX.O), $1.22, down 51.8 pct

The company voluntarily suspended dosing patients in all clinical trials with its lead drug proellex and said it is considering various financing alternatives to address its immediate short-term liquidity needs. [ID:nBNG496220]

ONCOTHYREON INC (ONTY.O), $5.98, up 29.2 pct

The company said a long-term follow-up study showed that prolonged treatment with its cancer vaccine Stimuvax was well-tolerated among patients with non-small cell lung cancer. [ID:nBNG355987]

DUCOMMUN INC (DCO.N), $14.86, down 14.0 pct

The company posted a net loss for the second quarter as it continued to discount hotel rooms and amenities in a bid to attract gamblers and conventioneers to its Las Vegas casino resorts. [ID:nN29275441]

BARNES GROUP INC (B.N), $15.23, up 8.2 pct

The company reported second-quarter earnings that beat expectations by a penny, helped by lower expenses, but said the sluggish economy hurt its transportation and industrial manufacturing businesses. [ID:nBNG84479]

SAVIENT PHARMACEUTICALS INC (SVNT.O), $10.92 down 29.6 pct

Savient Pharmaceuticals Inc (SVNT.O) said on Sunday the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not approved its gout drug Krystexxa and that it seeks to resubmit its application to the FDA by early 2010. [ID:nN02486344]

PORTLAND GENERAL ELECTRIC CO (POR.N), $19.11, up 0.4 pct

The company reported second-quarter earnings that missed expectations, hurt by a fall in retail energy deliveries amidst slow economy and mild weather. [ID:nBNG117481]

UBS AG (UBS.N) (UBSN.VX), $15.19, up 3.1 pct (U.S. shares)

Reports said the bank wouldn't have to pay a fine in a settlement of U.S. tax litigation that will be finalized later this week. [ID:nL3603032]

REGIONS FINANCIAL CORP (RF.N), $4.32, down 2.3 pct

Goldman Sachs downgraded the company to "neutral" from "buy," and removed the the stock from its Americas Buy List, citing the company's worsening credit [ID:nBNG202176]
