New Issue-RSC Equipment Rental sells $200 mln 10-yr notes

  Nov 3 (Reuters) - RSC Equipment Rental Inc and RSC Holding
III LLC units of RSC Holdings Inc (RRR.N), late on Monday
jointly sold $200 million of senior notes in the 144a private
placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, JP Morgan,
Wells Fargo, and Barclays were the joint bookrunning managers
for the sale.
