Valero has no production impact from Port Arthur work
NEW YORK, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Valero Energy Corp will see no impact on production from maintenance work at its 325,000 barrel-per-day refinery in Port Arthur, Texas, according to a source familiar with refinery operations.
Trade sources said work is underway on the coker and a crude unit at the refinery but where unsure of where rates were.
"We don't comment on operations that don't have a material impact on production," said Bill Day, a spokesman for the company. (Reporting by Janet McGurty; Editing by John Picinich)
