RPT-Shell reports flaring at Scotford upgrader

TORONTO, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell (RDSa.L) said on Friday morning it expected intermittent flaring at the upgrader at its Scotford facility in Alberta, Canada, according to a notice on a community information line.

The company said it expected flaring to last eight hours.
