US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Wall St turn positive; GE up after upgrade

NEW YORK, Nov 6 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks erased initial losses and turned positive on Friday, as industrial stocks advanced, led by General Electric Co (GE.N).

The Dow Jones industrial average .DJI was up 4.54 points, or 0.05 percent, at 10,010.50. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index .SPX was up 1.47 points, or 0.14 percent, at 1,068.10. The Nasdaq Composite Index .IXIC was up 4.85 points, or 0.23 percent, at 2,110.17.

Shares of GE added 5.2 percent at $15.18 after an analyst upgrade.
