 NEW YORK, May 6 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on
Wednesday:
 BANK OF AMERICA CORP (BAC.N)
 Regulators said the stress test results showed Bank of
America has a $34 billion capital shortfall, a source told

 The stock, a Dow component, soared 9.1 percent to $11.84.
 CITIGROUP INC (C.N)
 The bank may have to raise $5 billion to $10 billion in new
capital in order to meet a U.S. government requirement that it
holds up to $55 billion in capital, the New York Times reported
on Wednesday. [ID:nBNG206245]
 The stock, a Dow component, was up 7.3 percent at $3.55.
 WALT DISNEY CO (DIS.N)
 Shares of the media and entertainment group, a Dow
component, rose 10 percent to $25.45 a day after it reported a
26 percent drop in second-quarter profit, though results beat

 EBAY INC (EBAY.O)
 The online auction site said it would close its Vancouver
facility in a move to consolidate its North American consumer
service centers. The facility employs 700 people.

 Shares fell 1 percent to $17.01.
 MARSH & MCLENNAN COS INC (MMC.N)
 The insurance broker reported adjusted earnings that missed

 Shares rose 3.5 percent to $21.30.
 FORTRESS INVESTMENT GROUP LLC (FIG.N)
 Shares of the hedge fund company rose 18 percent to $7.85
on Wednesday after the company reported a first-quarter loss,
but topped expectations. [ID:nN06508979]
 ORBITZ WORLDWIDE INC (OWW.N)
 The online travel agency reported adjusted first-quarter
earnings of 1 cent a share. The consensus expectation was for a
loss of 2 cents a share. [ID:nN06487116]
 Shares rose 15 percent to $2.42.
 GARMIN LTD (GRMN.O)
 Shares of the navigation device maker fell 14 percent to
$22.11 after it reported first-quarter results that were below
the Wall Street view. [ID:nBNG124523]
 TRANSOCEAN LTD (RIG.N)
 The shipping company reported a decline in its quarterly
results and revenue that was flat with the prior year.

 Shares rose 3 percent to $75.13.
 DOLLAR THRIFTY AUTOMOTIVE GROUP INC (DTG.N)
 Shares of the car rental company rose 3.2 percent to $4.88
after it reported a narrower first-quarter loss and said it
expects rental revenues for the year to be down 6 percent to 12

 DEVON ENERGY CORP (DVN.N)
 Shares of the company rose 7.4 percent to $58.42 after it
reported adjusted earnings of 48 cents a share. The analysts'

 BLACKSTONE GROUP LP (BX.N)
 Shares of the private equity company rose 11 percent to
$13.47 after it reported a first-quarter loss that was narrower

 REGAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP (RGC.N)
 Shares of the movie theater chain were flat at $13.82 after
it named Amy Miles as chief executive officer, effective June

 APAC CUSTOMER SERVICES INC (APAC.O)
 Shares of the customer care center operator rose 38 percent
to $5.15 after it posted first-quarter earnings, and gave a
2009 outlook that beat expectations. [ID:nWNAB3743]
 AMERICAN MEDICAL SYSTEMS HOLDINGS INC (AMMD.O)
 The company raised its 2009 earnings outlook.

 PITNEY BOWES INC (PBI.N)
 Shares of the U.S. mail services provider fell 10 percent
to $23.43 after it reported quarterly results and gave a weak

 CHARLES RIVER LABORATORIES INTERNATIONAL INC (CRL.N)
 The preclinical drug-testing services company reported
quarterly results and affirmed its 2009 outlook.

 The medical device maker reported quarterly results,

 The network equipment maker forecast a weak second quarter
as customers continued to be cautious on spending.

 Shares of the oil field services company fell 2 percent to
$5.68 after it reported its first-quarter results.

 The online advertising firm reported quarterly results that

 Shares fell 7.6 percent to $10.02.
 TRUE RELIGION APPAREL INC (TRLG.O)
 The apparel company said first-quarter profit rose 10
percent and affirmed its full-year outlook. [ID:nBNG369639]
 Shares jumped 21.7 percent to $21.62.
 HELIX ENERGY SOLUTIONS GROUP INC (HLX.N)
 The company recorded first-quarter earnings that beat

 Shares rose 12 percent to $10.94.
 NEUROCRINE BIOSCIENCES INC (NBIX.O)
 The biopharmaceutical company said it would lay off about
