New Issue-Duke Realty LP sells $500 mln in two parts

  Aug 6 (Reuters) - Duke Realty LP, a unit of Duke Realty
Corp (DRE.N), on Thursday sold $500 million of senior notes in
a two-part debt sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $250 million.
  Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Wells Fargo were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
