New Issue-Protective Life sells $100 mln notes

 Oct 7 (Reuters) - Protective Life Corp (PL.N) on Wednesday
sold $100 million of $20 par senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service.
 Bank of America and Wells Fargo were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
