Fannie Mae sells $4 bln 3-yr notes +32 bps

NEW YORK, July 9 (Reuters) - Fannie Mae (FNM.N) (FNM.P), the largest U.S. home funding company, said on Thursday it sold $4 billion in new three-year benchmark notes Aug. 10, 2012.

The 1.750 percent notes were priced at 99.926 to yield 1.775 percent or 32 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries.

Settlement is July 10.

Fannie Mae hired Banc of America Securities, Barclays Capital and JP Morgan to manage the sale. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Theodore d'Afflisio)
