New Issue-Capital One VI sells $1 bln securities
Nov 9 (Reuters) - Capital One Capital VI on Monday sold $1 billion of cumulative trust preferred securities, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The issue is guaranteed by Capital One Financial Corp
(COF.N).
Citibank, Barclays, and Wells Fargo were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
