New Issue-Ralcorp Holdings Inc sells $300 mln in sr notes

 Aug 11 (Reuters) - Ralcorp Holdings Inc (RAH.N) on Tuesday
sold $300 million of senior notes in the 144a private placement
market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Bank of America and JP Morgan were the active joint
bookrunning managers for the sale. Deutsche Bank, SunTrust, and
Wells Fargo were the passive bookrunning managers for the
sale.
