Xerium Technologies CFO raises stake by 25 percent

WASHINGTON, Nov 13 (Reuters) - The chief financial officer of Xerium Technologies Inc (XRM.N) bought 25,000 shares recently on the open market, boosting his stake in the company by almost 25 percent.

Michael O'Donnell bought the shares of Xerium, which makes products used in paper production, for prices ranging from $4.64 to $4.78 on Nov. 12, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The purchases bring his direct ownership stake to 126,341 shares.

Shares of Xerium were up 53 cents, 11.2 percent, to $5.28 during afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday. (Reporting by Karey Wutkowski; Editing by Tim Dobbyn)
