New Issue-Fortune Brands sells $400 mln 2.5-yr notes

 Nov 18 (Reuters) - Fortune Brands Inc (FO.N) on Wednesday
sold $400 million of fixed rate senior unsecured notes, said
IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Barclays and JP Morgan were the joint bookrunning managers
for the sale.
