New Issue-Kansas City Power & Light sells $400 mln in 10-yr FMBs

 March 19 (Reuters) - Kansas City Power & Light Co, a unit
of Great Plains Energy Inc. (GXP.N), on Thursday sold $400
million of 10-year first mortgage bonds, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service.
 Bank of America, BNP Paribas and JP Morgan were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
