TD Ameritrade launches $1.25 bln 3-part sale - IFR

NEW YORK, Nov 20 (Reuters) - TD Ameritrade Holding Corp (AMTD.O) on Friday launched $1.25 billion of notes in a three-part sale, with pricing expected later in the day, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The offering includes $250 million of three-year notes expected to yield 175 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries and $500 million of five-year notes expected to yield 200 basis points more than Treasuries.

It also includes $500 million of 10-year notes expected to yield 225 basis points over Treasuries.

The joint book managers on the sale are Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie, Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
