 NEW YORK, April 22 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on
Wednesday:
 AT&T INC (T.N)
 Shares of the communications company, a Dow component, rose
4.7 percent to $26.48 in premarket after it reported
first-quarter results that beat expectations. For more see

 BOEING CO (BA.N)
 Shares of the plane maker, a Dow component, rose 1 percent
to $37.02 in premarket trade on Wednesday after it reported its
first-quarter results and cut its outlook. [ID:nWNAB6091]
 MORGAN STANLEY (MS.N)
 Shares fell 7.4 percent to $22.82 in premarket after the
financial services company reported a first-quarter loss and
cut its dividend to 5 cents in a move to enhance its capital.

 WELLS FARGO (WFC.N)
 Shares of the bank fell 1.3 percent to $18.56 in premarket
after it reported a first-quarter profit in line with its prior

 MCDONALD'S CORP (MCD.N)
 Shares of the fast food chain, a Dow component, rose 1
percent to $56.20 in premarket after it reported its
first-quarter results.
 ALTRIA GROUP (MO.N)
 The tobacco company reported first-quarter earnings that

 Shares slid 0.9 percent to $16.58 in premarket trade.
 KIMBERLY-CLARK (KMB.N)
 The company reported first-quarter earnings that were down
from the prior year but beat expectations by a penny.

 WELLPOINT (WLP.N)
 The health insurance company reported first-quarter

 CONTINENTAL AIRLINES (CAL.N)
 The airline reported its fifth straight quarterly loss,

 Shares closed Tuesday at $15.
 PEPSI BOTTLING GROUP (PBG.N)
 The company reported its first-quarter results and raised

 The stock closed Tuesday at $30.16.
 AIRTRAN HOLDINGS (AAI.N)
 Shares rose 7.3 percent to $5.99 in premarket trade after
it reported its first-quarter results and said it expects to

 BANK OF AMERICA (BAC.N)
 Citigroup raised its 2009 earnings outlook on the bank to

 FORD MOTOR CO (F.N)
 Shares of the automaker surged 10 percent to $4.18 in
premarket after Goldman Sachs added the stock to its conviction

 FEDEX CORP (FDX.N)
 Bank of America-Merrill Lynch upgraded the company to
neutral and lifted its price target to $56 from $48.
 TUPPERWARE BRANDS (TUP.N)
 The food storage container company reported first-quarter
results above its forecast and raised its 2009 outlook.

 The financial services firm posted a quarterly loss that
was wider than expected, hurt by high credit costs.

 The solid waste disposal company reported its quarterly

 The financial holding company reported an 81 percent fall

 PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (PPDI.O)
 The clinical research service provider posted first quarter
earnings that missed market estimates by a cent, and forecast

 Shares dropped 6 percent in after-market trade.
 MANHATTAN ASSOCIATES INC (MANH.O)
 The developer of supply chain management software cut its
