New Issue-Enogex Inc sells $200 mln in 5-yr notes

 June 24 (Reuters) - Enogex, Inc, a unit of OGE energy Corp
(OGE.N) on Wednesday sold $200 million of notes in the 144a
private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $150 million.
 J.P. Morgan, UBS, and Wachovia were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
