New Issue-Unum Group sells $350 mln in 7-yr notes

 Sept 25 (Reuters) - Unum Group (UNM.N) sold $350 million of
senior notes on Friday, said market sources.
 The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $250 million.
 Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley were the joint active
bookrunning managers for the sale. JPMorgan and Wells Fargo
were the joint passive bookrunning managers for the sale.
