New Issue-Analog Devices sells $375 mln in 5-yr notes

 June 25 (Reuters) - Semiconductor equipment maker Analog
Devices Inc (ADI.N) on Thursday sold $375 million of notes,
said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Bank of America and Credit Suisse were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
