NEW YORK, June 26 (Reuters) - Some stocks to watch on Friday:

KB HOME (KBH.N)

The company reported second-quarter results and said it was seeing signs that housing market trends were moderating. [ID:nWNAB2502]

Shares rose 1.6 percent to $15 in premarket trading.

BOEING CO (BA.N)

Qantas Airways scrapped 15 orders and deferred orders for 15 new Boeing planes in another setback for the company's Dreamliner project. [ID:nSYD514963]

Shares of the Dow component closed Thursday at $42.53.

UBS AG (UBS.N)

The bank plans to raise $3.5 billion of new capital but said it wouldn't turn the corner until it stems client withdrawals and settles some legal problems. [ID:nLQ421864]

U.S.-listed shares fell 4 percent to $12.45 in premarket trading.

LEGG MASON INC (LM.N)

Friedman Billings Ramsey wrote that a sale or break-up of the company was unlikely and that it wouldn't unlock shareholder value beyond current levels. [ID:nBNG215952]

Shares closed Thursday at $24.57.

IBM CORP (IBM.N)

The company filed a complaint in a U.S. federal court in New York alleging its former chief of mergers and acquisitions misused company resources for his personal benefit, court documents show. [ID:nN26319742]

Shares of the Dow component closed Thursday at $106.06.

CITIGROUP INC (C.N)

Japan ordered Citigroup to suspend sale promotions for a month at its retail bank for lax oversight against money laundering. The Financial Services Agency said Citigroup had not developed adequate systems to detect suspicious transactions such as money laundering. [ID:nN25280498]

Shares of Citigroup closed Thursday at $3.03.

PEPSICO INC (PEP.N)

The company opened a "green" drink plant in China and said it plans to build five more plants in China over the next two years. [ID:nN25282314]

Shares closed Thursday at $53.99.

AZZ INC (AZZ.N)

The company reported first-quarter earnings that beat expectations and adjusted its outlook. [ID:nWNAB2459]

Shares rose 2.7 percent to $34.25 in premarket trading.

PALM INC (PALM.O)

The company reported a quarterly loss that was narrower than expected and highlighted strong demand for its just-unveiled Pre smartphone. [ID:nN25275045]

Shares rose 11.8 percent to $15.68 in premarket trading.

ACCENTURE LTD (ACN.N)

The company raised its full-year outlook and reported third-quarter results that beat expectations. [ID:nN25282487]

Shares closed Thursday at $31.64.

AMR CORP (AMR.N)

The airline has obtained the approval of its lenders to rework the terms of a credit agreement, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday. [ID:nN25308951]

Shares closed Thursday at $4.28.

STANDARD MICROSYSTEMS CORP (SMSC.O)

The chipmaker posted a smaller-than-expected quarterly loss and forecast second-quarter revenue above market estimates. [ID:nBNG505765]

Shares of the company were up 9 percent at $21 in trading after the bell.

TIBCO SOFTWARE INC (TIBX.O)

The business software maker posted quarterly earnings that beat estimates and forecast third-quarter results largely in line with market estimates. [ID:nBNG503269]

Shares rose 5 percent to $7.15 in trading after the bell.

SMART MODULAR TECHNOLOGIES INC (SMOD.O)

The chipmaker forecast fourth-quarter earnings below estimates.[ID:nBNG449476]

Shares closed at $2.58 on Thursday.

ROBBINS & MYERS INC (RBN.N)

The diversified manufacturer posted a 61 percent fall in quarterly profit and narrowed its full-year earnings guidance. [ID:nBNG366052]

Shares fell 5.8 percent to $20.20 after the bell.

CITIZENS REPUBLIC BANCORP INC (CRBC.O)

The company is planning to raise capital in a variety of ways, including new common stock offerings, exchanging shares for debt and by seeking up to an additional $290 million from the U.S. Treasury. [ID:nBNG46210]

Shares fell 2.1 percent to 92 cents.

CACI INTERNATIONAL INC (CACI.N)

The company raised its 2009 earning outlook, citing increased demand for its products in the United States and Britain. [ID:nBNG490859]

Shares closed at $39.72 on Thursday.
