New Issue-Avista Corp sells $250 mln 10-yr 1st mtg bds

  March 27 (Reuters) - Electricity and natural gas
distributor Avista Corp (AVA.N) on Thursday sold $250 million
of 10-year first mortgage bonds, said market sources.
  UBS Investment Bank, BNY Capital Markets and Goldman Sachs
were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
