AFTER THE BELL-Panera Bread shares fall

NEW YORK, July 28 (Reuters) - Shares of Panera Bread Co (PNRA.O) fell 3.2 percent after the closing bell on Tuesday after it reported quarterly results.

Shares were down at $55 after closing on the Nasdaq at $56.84.
