New Issue-Ryland Group sells $230 mln 8-yr sr notes

  April 30 (Reuters) - California-based homebuilder Ryland
Group Inc (RYL.N) on Thursday sold $230 million in 10-year
senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $225 million.
 Citigroup Global Markets was the sole bookrunning manager
for the sale.
