0717 ET 30June2009-FedEx upgraded to "overweight" at Barclays
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Barclays on Tuesday upgraded FedEx Corp (FDX.N) to
"overweight," writing that the market was underestimating the
company's upside potential.
The market is "too focused" on pricing weakness given high
fuel price and is indifferent to the company's cost-cutting
initiatives that have only just begun to bear fruit, the firm
wrote, adding that future pricing prospects appear encouraging.

Shares of FedEx closed Monday at $55.63.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - If the men accused of plotting the September 11 attacks wonder what conditions they might face when they are moved to New York from Guantanamo Bay for trial, they can expect solitary confinement, 23-hour-a-day lockdowns, constant video surveillance and almost no visitors.
